Black Scorpion is the name used by Darcy (Joan Severance), a police officer who disguises herself as a hooker. Her father, Stan Walker (Rick Rossovich), is apparently killed by an attorney. Darcy is taken off the police force for being brutal after visiting the attorney in prison. Because of this and also disappointing a prostitute friend of hers, Darcy becomes the Black Scorpion to try to save other ladies of the night from criminals, some of whom are connected to a villain. She then finds out that a villain called the Breathtaker (Ed Gilbert) was also involved in her dad’s killing.
